About Me
I’m a digital content strategist and content team leader in the New York metro area with over eighteen years of experience working for advertising agencies and Fortune 500 financial services companies.

I began my career in print publishing and ghostwriting before moving to digital in 2007. Digital work allowed me to stay close to writing, which was my first professional love, but it also gave me the chance to collaborate with creative people to essentially solve puzzles for a living.
I loved it and never looked back.
Work Experience
My first digital position was as a content strategist at Atmosphere, a digital ad agency within the BBDO organization. My projects spanned a wide range of clients, including Citibank, Visa, Conservation International, Marriott, and Johnson & Johnson.

I later joined online brokerage TD Ameritrade, where I built and led two full digital content teams—one for content strategy and one for CMS development and content management.
After Charles Schwab’s acquisition of TD Ameritrade in 2020, I became Director of Digital Content and oversaw the creation and implementation of content supporting the largest merger ever in the online brokerage space.

Most recently, I’ve served as an independent contractor with MRM and Hugo & Cat, leading content strategy engagements that included content evaluations, recommendations, and governance workshops for the State of Alaska and the City of Raleigh.
